SEASONAL LIFEGUARDS, SWIM INSTRUCTORS & COACHES

We are looking for certified lifeguards, group and private swim lesson instructors and swim coaches who are proactive, prioritize safety, and love to work with children and adults.

• Applications for the upcoming season will be accepted starting in January, 2026. 

• Applications will be reviewed between January – August, 2026.

Certified Lifeguards

(Ages 16+)

We expect guards to:

• Enforce rules

• Promote safety

• Pay exclusive attention to swimmers when on deck

• Clean the pool, the bathrooms, and picnic, play, and seating areas

• Perform other job-related tasks

 

Certified Group and Private Lesson Instructors

(Ages 15+)

We expect instructors to:

• Promote safety

• Teach basic swim skills to swimmers

• Communicate with families regarding progress

• Perform other job-related tasks​​

 

Swim Coaches

(Ages 16+. Some swim team experience is required.)

We expect coaches to:

• Promote safety

• Work with the coaching team to plan and conduct our swim team program for elementary through high school age participants (approximately 55 swimmers)

• Conduct daily swim practices 

• Attend weekly swim meets one afternoon per week

• Perform other job-related tasks​
