POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Seasonal Lifeguards, Swim Instructors and Coaches
We are looking for certified lifeguards, group and private swim lesson instructors and swim coaches who are proactive, prioritize safety, and love to work with children and adults.

Certified Lifeguards
(Ages 16+)
We expect guards to:
-
Enforce rules
-
Promote safety
-
Pay exclusive attention to swimmers when on deck
-
Clean the pool, the bathrooms, and picnic, play, and seating areas
-
Perform other job-related tasks
Certified Group and Private Lesson Instructors
(Ages 15+)
We expect instructors to:
-
Promote safety
-
Teach basic swim skills to swimmers

Communicate with families regarding progress
-
Perform other job-related tasks
Swim Coaches
(Ages 16+. Some swim team experience is required.)
We expect coaches to:
-
Promote safety
-
Work with the coaching team to plan and conduct our swim team program for elementary through high school age participants (approximately 55 swimmers)

Conduct daily swim practices

Attend weekly swim meets one afternoon per week

Perform other job-related tasks
