We are currently hiring for:

Lifeguards

We are looking for certified lifeguards for the 2025  season. (Age 16 or older)

 

We expect guards to be proactive as they:

  • Enforce rules

  • Promote safety

  • Pay exclusive attention to swimmers when on deck

  • Clean the pool, the bathrooms, and the picnic, play, and sitting areas

  • Perform other job-related tasks

 

Group and Private Lesson Instructors

We are looking for certified group and private lesson instructors. (Age 15 or older)

 

We expect instructors to be proactive as they:

  • Promote safety

  • Teach basic swim skills to swimmers

  • Communicate with families regarding progress

  • Perform other job-related tasks

Swim Coach

We are looking for Swim Coaches. (Some Swim Team experience is required)

 

We expect coaches to be proactive as they:

  • Promote safety

  • Work with the coaching team to plan and conduct our swim team program for elementary through high school age participants (approximately 55 swimmers).

  • Conduct daily swim practices 

  • Attend weekly swim meets one afternoon a week

  • Perform other job-related tasks
