Parties at Paint Rock

If you are a member and wish to host a party at the pool you may request your date and time by filling out a Pool Party Request. 


  • Submit the form online to the Pool Manager at least two weeks in advance. We recommend requesting a party as soon as possible since dates fill up.

  • We will do our best to accommodate you, but it depends on pool capacity and guard availability.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the Pool Manager to respond.


  • You may host a maximum of 12 children, including member children.

  • Adults beyond those 12 children are welcome to join and supervise. 

    • If a large family party includes adults swimming, please indicate this in the form so the pool manager will can discuss the party further with you.

  • We will reserve two picnic tables for your party that you may use for the 2-hour party duration.

  • Parties are a maximum of 2 hours. After 2 hours you may only have the normal limit of non-member guests, which is 5 total (including children and/or adults).  

  • All non-member party guests who will be swimming must provide a guest pass or pay a guest fee (adults attending to supervise do not need a guest pass, but if they will be swimming they must purchase a guest pass).

  • Hosts are responsible for all guests knowing and complying with pool rules

    • No food off the picnic area and no alcoholic beverages anywhere on the pool premises.

    • Small children who cannot swim must have an adult in the pool with them.

    • All guests 13 years old and under must pass the deep end test.


  • The fee for a pool party is $40 plus each non-member guest requires a $6 guest pass. 

  • Fees will be collected at the time of the party by a lifeguard on duty.

  • Fees will not be collected if the party is cancelled due to weather or other reasons.
